Where is my package?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1 to 4 business days to process your order and 7 to 14 business days before your order is delivered in the Netherlands. If these terms have passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.
